Glasses are raised at Caruso & Minini for the release of Ansò, an elegant, fruity wine that captures the magic of summer in every sip; a lively sparkling white wine that strikes the perfect balance between acidity and sapidity, with pleasant notes of white pear and yellow peach.
Ansò is a blend of Inzolia and Viognier grapes grown on the windy hills of Salemi, hand-picked in September. The cryomaceration takes place in stainless steel vinifiers at a controlled temperature of 8°-10° C, followed by a 4-month maturation on the lees and careful aging in stainless steel. The result is an explosion of freshness, a dance of Mediterranean aromas, that pairs well with a fish-based first course or a sunset aperitif.
